Electrolyte stable, low foaming, light fast, biodegradable and highly effective washing, wetting, rewetting and degreasing agent, contains a special enzyme to boost its efficiency.

Descriptive properties

Debazym SRW is an environment friendly, APEO free product with excellent wetting properties. In the production of soft, light leather with good tear strength, combined with or alone one can use it during soaking, liming, bating, deliming, degreasing, pickling, chrome tanning, rewetting and fatliquoring.

When Debazym SRW is added to soaking, liming and painting process, thanks to its fat dissolving and distributing capacity, greatly improves and accelerates the process. Due to its hydrotrope character Debazym SRW opens up the fiber structure to enable fast water uptake and efficient scud removal along with cleaner pelts.

When added to deliming, bating, degreasing and washing baths, the cleaning effect associated with Debazym SRW improves degreasing and much clearer pelts are obtained.

Leathers treated with Debazym SRW in chrome tanning will be easier to wetback.

In rewetting of vegetable, wet white or chrome tanned leather ,shaving residues and other dirt are easily washed off and fast and uniform rewetting thorough out the cross section is assured.

As a part of the fat liquor mix Debazym SRW acts as an emulsion stabilizer and creates a synergistic softening effect. Debazym SRW imparts even fat distribution through the cross section of the leather. The leathers show mild touch and good tear resistance and the grain tightness is not affected.

Descriptive properties

Debazym 7 has been developed to be used either as a single fatliquor or in combination with all anionic fatliquors from the Debasoft range for extreme soft and fluffy nappa types with a silky touch.

Debazym 7 imparts to the leather extraordinary softness and very good fiber lubrication resulting fine grain and lightweight nappa leather with silky touch.

The well-stirred fat mixture should be added to 3 times the quantity of water at 60°C.

The product may separate under extreme cold or warm storage conditions.

The product should not be stored at temperatures higher than 45°C and should be protected from direct sunlight.

Descriptive properties

Debazym STR is an environment friendly and solvent free, highly strong degreasing agent for the production fur, double face and sheep nappa with high natural fat content. It has a special enzyme blend to improve its degreasing effect.

Debazym STR by its design disposes excellent wetting and dispersing power and yields impressive cleaning and degreasing effect. As such it can easily be used in soaking, liming, deliming and bating.

In double face and fur production, the use of Debazym STR greatly reduces the felting of the wools.

DEROBATE NEW

Bating agent based on selected microbial proteases free of nitrogen designed to suit the needs of all type of leather manufacturing. Working in a wider alkali pH range and even in cold baths, it provides improved area yield. More relaxed but stronger and more elastic leathers are obtained. Hair roots are perfectly eliminated.

Descriptive properties

Derobate New is a first quality bate developed in 2021 and produced by high technology. It has a very wide range of applications due to its special formulation. The product is based on bacterial proteases standardized  and does not contain any ammonium salts and is free of nitrogen. 

Derobate New provides increased open-up in fiber structure and cleaner grain surfaces. By the use of Derobate New along with improved area yield, increased tear strength and therefore increased resistance to mechanical operations are obtained. Hair roots are perfectly eliminated without harming the grain quality.

Derobate New completely solubilizes the degraded protein forms, and removes the interfibrillary protein and proteoglycans which cover the collagen fibrils. As a result more relaxed but stronger and more elastic leathers are obtained.

Derobate NEW is strongly recommended where bating follows thorough deliming. It works between pH 7,0 and 9,5 and can also be used in cold baths.

Application recipes

For an optimum area yield before bating operation a preliminary deliming of the skins and hides with a proper deliming agent like Defetcal DK-29 is advised. Depending upon the raw material and the processing conditions the optimum dose changes between (as a guide on pelt weight):

For sheep and light weight calf skins after deliming: 0,6 – 1,5 % Derobate NEW, mean processing time 25 – 45 minutes.

For garment calf and cow skins after complete deliming: 1,4 – 3,0 % Derobate NEW, mean processing time 90 – 120 minutes.

For goat skins after deliming: 0,6 – 2,0% Derobate NEW, mean processing time 50 minutes.

For upper leather cow and calf skins after deliming: 0,6 – 1.4% Derobate NEW, mean processing time 30 minutes.

In double face manufacture: In the degreasing bath, by soda ash addition pH is adjusted to pH 8,2 and then 0,4 – 2,0 g/l Derobate NEW is added, the processing time depends on the effect required

DEBAZYM SCR CONC

Enzymatic soaking and liming auxiliary for more efficient unhairing and outstanding wrinkle reducing effect to obtain consistent higher quality leathers. Its use is strongly recommended to reduce COD and BOD. It may eliminate totally the use of Na2S.

Descriptive properties

Debazym SCR Conc has a very wide range of applications in the liming of all types of hides and skins from fresh salted ones to dry ones. The product has outstanding unhairing effect and significantly increases the surface area yield. Soft, airy and light leathers with improved quality and higher surface area are obtained by a more environment friendly process.

Debazym SCR Conc removes the nonfibrous proteins such as albumins and globulins as well as interfibrillary mucopolysaccharides and cleans other dirts of animal origin such as animal excrements. As such it can also be introduced in soaking to obtain cleaner hides.

The addition of Debazym SCR Conc to liming baths leads to more relaxed fiber structure, brighter and cleaner grain. It also reduces growth and mottle. Debazym SCR Conc accelerates the depilation process and increases the grain resistance by reducing substantially the need for sulphides, Na2S can be totally eliminated form the process and hair can be recovered. By the use of this product a remarkable reduction in processing time and a very significant increase in area yield is observed as well. 

Debazym SCR Conc is completely compatible with other liming auxiliaries.

Working in a wider alkali pH range and even in cold baths, it provides improved area yield. More relaxed but stronger and more elastic leathers are obtained. Hair roots are perfectly eliminated.

Descriptive properties

Debazym Probate is a first quality bate developed in 2021 and produced by high technology. Debazym Probate performs better and mildly than standard products on removing scud and provides improved grain quality with better color distribution and softness. It is strongly recommended for dry milling articles to achieve homogeneous grain pattern. The product is based on bacterial proteases standardized  and does not contain any ammonium salts and is free of nitrogen. 

Debazym Probate provides increased open-up in fiber structure and cleaner grain surfaces. By the use of Debazym Probate along with improved area yield, increased tear strength and therefore increased resistance to mechanical operations are obtained. Hair roots are perfectly eliminated without harming the grain quality.

Very effective enzymatic liming auxiliary with high wetting, dispersing and wrinkle reducing power. Opens the leather structure to allow other liming auxiliaries to penetrate easily and in a very homogeneous manner. The product does not contain any sulfur nor mercaptan and is odorless.

Debazym NM has a very high swelling and wrinkle reducing power during liming of all types of hides and skins from fresh salted to dry.

The product significantly increases the diffusive properties of the liming auxiliaries and allows higher surface area yield with improved quality.

Debazym NM, thanks to its high cleansing power, dirt removing performance and fat dissolving capacity, provides a cleaner and flatter grain structure.

Debazym NM can also be used in hair pulping and hair saving process.

Thanks to its special formulation the product can also be used at appropriate dosing and pH, in depickling of pickled skins as an anti wrinkle agent to remove wrinkles that have formed due to piling.

Application recipes
In soaking of salted hides and skins 0,2 – 0,5 %, of dried hides and skins 0,5 – 1,0 %
In liming 0,4 – 1,2 %
In depickling of pickled stock as a wrinkle reducing agent: 0,6 – 1,4 %

Remarks

Protect from freezing during transport and storage. The product properties are not negatively affected by freezing and the freezing is reversible: one must thaw slowly at room temperature and then stir until no longer turbid.
