Direct Ferries is proud to announce the signing of Kume Line, a Japanese ferry company based in the city of Naha. Headquartered near the southern tip of Okinawa Prefecture, it runs ferries between the islands of Kume Island and Tonaki Island, off the west coast.
Kume Line has two ships. The larger and faster ship is called ‘Ryukyu’ and can hold up to 350 passengers, while ‘New Kume Shima’ can hold 337 passengers.
