8月4号一行10人，骑行杨蔡家堡杨家湾，经沙塘川回西宁。 这是一条很休闲的骑行线路，全程60公里，只有4公里多的盘山沙石路，其它路段都是柏油路和硬化路，下坡和慢下坡为主。 在每周的活动中，应该多组织一些比较轻松和休闲的线路，适当的在路上玩一会儿，文艺一下什么的，也很不错。 阅读全文——共274字
