The front face plywood interior surfaces of the center section spar and tailplane spar were masked. The areas were then given the first coat of System Three Clear Coat epoxy.

After a very long break I have managed to slip into the workshop for a brief moment. The 1mm plywood I scarfed and glued in June is finally glued on the aft face of the tail plane spar.

The tailplane ply edges were trimmed using a router table. The excess epoxy was then cleaned with a file and razor blade used as a scraper.
