A Mangalitsa fan visited a famous Mangalitsa farm Austria and wrote about it. There's two recipes in that post - one for strudel dough made with raw pig fat and flour and one for crinkle cookies.

Geddes from Inn at Ship Bay, the only farm-to-table restaurant I know of in Washington using Mangalitsa, sent me this photo. I'm guessing the raw material came from the pigs pictured here.
