Has anyone from Pulsepoint addressed the issue of slow-loading ads? This is a significant and important issue. This issue occurred previously, so this is the second instance this year.

I am not a resident of USA and i don't have tax ID ,how to fill it. I tried to enter my country TAX ID in the tax form but it says only "Numeric values" allowed. Please look into it.

Pulsepoint tags loading extremely slowly. Some delay page loads by 15 seconds. Had to pause all your tags on the ad server.

I click on a thread on my forum, ads hang & i have to hit refresh a couple times before it finally loads up. When will this problem be fixed? Its been going on for over a week & a half.
