Trivia: the "Jesse in Alaska" idea was a callback to when his character Francis on Malcolm in the Middle worked in Alaska.

If you look in the background during that scene where Jesse is about to get picked up, it looks like a graveyard. I think they were implying that Jesse was never going to Alaska.
