Yeah, I normally question why someone would spend several thousand dollars at a vocational school to become an MA. At least Penn Foster is a bit cheaper. Personally, I would just attend an LVN program...

PMP has an academic requirement, doesn't it? You may not have a choice, although there may be the possibility of doing them concurrently.
