PowerStrip has not and will not be updated to support Win8, but it does work under the 64-bit edition of Win8.

I'm afraid it is not supported. The GeForce 6 used an NV40 class GPU; your GT 610 uses a GF119 class GPU. (Yes, the naming of these things is confusing...)
