This sounds like a selinux problem (the service has different permission set than the interactive user). Any violations in SELinux? Maybe you should disable it for a quick test (but not permanently!)....

Hi, I don't know why yet, but for some reason the "libgt_0.3.11.orig.tar.gz" and "liblognorm_0.3.6.orig.tar.gz" weren't copied into all the repositories. I have added the missing files into our repos...
