I don't know anything about altlinux (which distro based it is?), but at least your vzctl version is old, latest version is 4.4. probably kernel also needs to be updated. I recommend to use rhel bas...

Ales: It has to do with OpenVZ, because its OpenVZ template downloadable from OpenVZ contrib directory. If anyone finds the way to make it working, please please share it.
