Reviving this thread... Going on two years with this phone coming up in Feb '13, and I can say that the touchscreen has remained responsive throughout. In fact, the whole phone has operated very well....

Does anyone know how to unlock this phone to be used with other carriers. I was able to unlock my Blackberry but the Reality proves to be a difficult one.
