The OpenSSL command doesn't support HTTP 1.1, but you can try to add the following to your command with newer OpenSSL versions: Code: -header "HOST" "ocsp.startssl.com"

If i have to choose my choice is windows because windows is more easy to use as compare to linux

At least, the CA-Certificates are included, but what seems to miss is the Server certificate for StartCOM. Not sure why this is necessary, too.

Unfortunately you can't use a local domains. Since we are a public certification authority we support only host names that are based on registered domain names. For a good reason, because anything els...
