so today I worked on the bed for a little. made a filler piece and it looks like I need to align the pathy side better, its off about an 1/8" grr. I then placed the 2 front bed mounts and tacked them ...

Do you mean the Strut Rod Bushings (I've never heard of a radius rod)? If so, yes I did replace those. Nissan calls the Strut Rod a Compression Rod. They were most certainly worn out. All of the b...

Did you remember to do the radius rod bushings at the frame? Those can be worn out, yet still appear to be good. If you have never replaced them, I strongly recommend you do.
